  • The art of fine interior design is a fluid and ongoing process which begins with a meeting of the minds – us and you.

    At our initial meeting, we talk through your thinking, personal preferences, and tastes - no fees, no commitment. After which we then develop a scope of work and the associated costs based on your overall budget. Once you’ve signed the costs off, we conceptualise ideas, visually communicating a cohesive design through:

  • Colour schemes, furniture choices, lighting specifications, flooring finishes, fabric palettes and detailed room layouts are all a synergistic part of our overall interior design service offering which includes:

  • We oversee and manage all aspects of your interior design project, following and updating concept designs and drawings, monitoring costs and timelines, ensuring furniture, fixture and equipment deliverables are met, and overseeing every aspect of the project until full completion. Final inspection is conducted together with you and any defects or concerns addressed timeously and professionally.

  • Experience, professionalism and time are married to materials sourcing, supplier visits and negotiations, floor plans and layouts, and room size/scope of work to arrive at a fair fee structure. We heavily emphasise both quality of work and value for money. All costs are itemised, with studio, design and consultation fees charged hourly, daily or at an agreed-upon lump sum, depending upon the nature of the project. Where the scope of work changes during a large refurbishment or development project, fees will be restructured in line with the altered brief.
